If you're reading this, you've probably noticed the filtering option by now...

After I implemented the link sharing capability, my next "want" was to add an RSS feed. As I started to dig into the article listing script of this site, I realized that it needed its own "overhaul" before I could use it as a base for the RSS feed script. One thing led to another, and the filtering system was born (it will also help me tremendously on the back-end).

I also ended up changing the default sort criteria to list the articles by descending posted date; I was tired of seeing the articles seemingly out of order because they were being sorted by category first, and if I was unhappy, others likely were too. The option to sort by the original method is still there in the filter; it has some utility in certain situations, so I had to keep it.

In the near future, you can expect to see an RSS feed, plus I also intend to fix the annoying display bug that causes certain articles to span the width of the site wrong, and it just looks jacked up. On my back-end I have some editor fixes I need to put into place (plus I want to add CKEditor so that article editing will be a little smoother, hopefully). I don't know what else I'll add - I have to check my list and see what's what.

Suffice to say, some chchch...changes are coming down the pipe!
