Static Site Generator v1.1.0

Just a small update to let you know that the Static Site Generator (SSG) has been updated. Changes were minor, but include:

1. Changes to fix warnings issued from the latest version of Pandoc
2. Changes to fix other bugs being caused by a new version of caddy
3. Various cleanups and bug fixes
